How to order and pay for our courses

1. You can make a payment by bank card. You can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD cards. You can use these cards issued by any banking institution in the world. You can also pay with Google pay and Apple pay. The first step is to fill in the order form, where you provide your personal data and confirm .

After clicking on the PLACE ORDER NOW button, you will be redirected to payment gate website, where you will enter your card details (card number, CVV code, and expiry date) in a protected environment and confirm the amount. You can also pay with Google pay and Apple pay.

You will then receive a notification that the payment has been successfully completed.

How you can cancel an order after payment

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

If within the first 14 days after you purchased a course you become dissatisfied with that course, JANA TOYS will refund the full amount of your purchase and subsequently terminate your access to that course. Refunds will not be available if requested after this 14-day period. Due to possible currency exchange rate fluctuations with your local currency and the US dollar, the refunded amount may be slightly higher or lower than your original paid amount.

What payment options are available?

At the moment there are the following payment options:

– Bank Cards – You can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD. You can use these cards issued by any banking institution. You can also pay with Google pay and Apple pay.

How do I get access to the purchased course?

You get access to the course immediately after payment. All purchased courses are available in your personal account on the website in the Courses section.

In the upper right corner of the site, click on your profile icon. From the Dashboard menu, select My Courses
